The Story Behind Steampunk Beard Company

Steampunk Beard Company started with a simple problem: my brother and I couldn’t find beard products we actually liked.

The beard oils we tried were too runny and left our faces feeling greasy. The butters often left residue, didn’t melt properly, or felt more like lotion than something designed for a beard. And while some scents smelled great on their own, layering multiple products meant walking out the door smelling like a mix of five or six different fragrances.

So I decided to create something better.

I started experimenting with my own formulas—focusing on the things that mattered most to me: the right consistency, smooth application, and a scent I truly enjoyed. Instead of a mixture of random fragrances, I chose the scent of my favorite cologne so everything worked together instead of competing.

The result was exactly what I had been looking for.

I shared the products with my brother first, and he was immediately hooked. Then we shared them with friends… and before long, I was making batches regularly just to keep everyone stocked.

That’s when Steampunk Beard Company was born.

Every product we offer is made and packaged by hand. What started as a personal solution quickly turned into something I truly enjoy doing. Creating these products has become a relaxing process and something I take pride in.

As the company grew, I expanded the line to include additional grooming essentials like soaps and deodorants—products designed with the same care and attention to quality.
